Business Mentoring

You will complete a health questionnaire and submit in advance of the consultation. During the consultation Janice will work with you to develop a Personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan that will lead to achievement of your health goals for example, more energy, weight loss, better sleep, blood sugar balance, balancing hormones etc.    Within 48 hours of this session you will receive a report of the session with recommendations, suggestions, what you have agreed to change, meal plan if necessary, recipes if necessary and any supplement suggestions.
 
There are several packages available, from a single Consultation through to a multiple consultation depending on the needs of the client.   These can be discussed in advance of your first consultation or after your first session.

Nutrition Consultation (Appt 1)

Kinesiology can help with a wide variety of issues including (but not limited to) digestive problems, food sensitivities, anxiety, stress, learning difficulties, tiredness, aches and pains. 

You can now book an Online appointment via zoom.

On making your appointment, Vashti will contact you with a Zoom Meeting ID and Password.

We will also send you a payment link by sms. All appointments need to be pre-paid.
